id love to go there. especially since Im half Cuban. Americans cant go directly there though
me too, but i wouldnt go until things change over there

the only good thing about Obama that i can tell so far is he is ready to loosen up big time with cuba. It be nice to get down there and check it out. All the pictures ive seen of that place make it seem almost like its a time capsule of the 50s and 60s

Very nice. I was actually stationed at GTMO for a year and got the chance to advance from basic SCUBA to a PADI Divemaster.

The waters off the coast are filled with sea turtles (very large ones) that will allow you to get right next to them, not to mention the coral, sponges, fish and lobster. I have several hundred pics as well.

It is amazing and if anyone ever gets the chance to go, take it.

Also, how far of shore were you.

about 150 meters from the shore i think... and it was only 3-4 feet deep.

hotrodolds : they really live like in the 60's. We see a lot of 50's american cars, 70's russian cars, brand new cars are in majority toyota, peugeot. So.. cubans are lovely people, and the country is beautiful!

his foreign policies will be a breath of fresh air. maybe the world can be more peacefull now.

and he's not denying the science of climate change like the others did for as long as they possibly could.

nice pics by the way.
