Snowflake carpet surfer survived...any special care?

Yesterday I brought home a pair of ORA snowflakes and to make a long story short one jumped. After looking around the tank and not seeing him I freaked out and started looking on the floor, only to find him behind my tank covered in fuzz. I put him in the acclimation bucket that I dripped them in and got all of the fuzz off of him. After a few seconds he was swimming around happily looking for his mate. He does have a few "scrapes" on him from the incident but other than that I guess he's ok. Is there anything that I can do to keep him healthy until the scrapes are gone? As you can imagine I'm sick over the incident and am quite paranoid that he's going to die on me

Be prepared for bacteria infections. Get medicated food, luckily ORA stock will eat pellets and flakes. Be prepared to have to move to a hospital tank for further treatment if the fins, and skin begin eroding.

Definitely cover the tank. Clowns get spooked and jump, chased and jump, etc.

Good luck and glad you found him before he was crusty.

He's currently laying at the bottom of the critter keeper that he's in (in the big tank). I don't know that he's going to make it

Where did you get him from? If you had a stay-alive guarantee, do you think this would be covered? It's worth a shot all the same as these guys are quite expensive I imagine.

Alive is alive is alive as far as I'm concerned. And no harm in trying all the same.

Yep, NCSUsalt is right, there's no way they'd cover a carpet surfer and I would not lie about it. By the way, he is a she I ended up driving back to where I bought the clown from and got the single snowflake that they had, which will now be the male since the female is quite a bit bigger than he is. I paid $50 less than asking price, but it was still a hunk of change. Right now they're both in a critter keeper in my tank, but I am currently (literally) setting up a 28 gallon HQI nano cube for them. They'll be the only fish in that tank and will have an anemone. That's the only stuff that will be in the tank: sand, rock, fish, nem. It ought to be pretty cool. These snowflakes are adult sized (~2"+) and so hopefully within the next year or less they'll be spawning.

New arrivals, new groups going through the pair bonding stages, skittish species, yes, most clowns will jump.

Here's a good pic of the female:

and here's a not so good pic of the pair (version 2.0, I got the male yesterday to replace the jumper). The male is on the left, the female is guarding "her" PVC tube.

They are currently in a critter keeper in my mantis tank so that the leopard wrasse doesn't harass them. The mantis is only 3" long and lives with a tiny damsel that he doesn't touch, so I know he won't try and get at them through the critter keeper. I'm using live rock from my sump and water from my cube tank to fill the nano, so I'm hoping there won't be much of a cycle and I'll be able to put them in it by the end of the month (hopefully much sooner).
