I got this ocellaris from the LFS. He looks like this.... And looks like a regular clown on the other side. He's just a juvenile. Do you guys think he's a grade b snowflake clown?

Yes, this is how ora defines it.

"Snowflakes are a popular variant of A. ocellaris that have a considerable amount of irregular white markings on the body. The edges of the white coloration will typically be jagged and angular.
Each Snowflake is evaluated by an experienced grader for the percentage of white and the attractiveness of the striping. Just as their name implies "“ no two are alike."

However, that isn't much detail...so my fish is an ocillaris with irregular white marking... Is it considered a snowflake?

I can never tell for sure. I'll leave that up to the more experienced, but from experience snowflakes usually have less 'smooth' pattern. Are we sure it's ocellaris? Could be a perc... picasso, maybe? If it is ocellaris - looks more like 'davinci' (ocellaris version of the picasso) rather than a 'snowflake'

But a misbar has an incomplete bar.... This one's center bar is very much merged with the head bar.

I agree with you. misbar usually has less of a bar than normal. Yours has more of one. look up 'davinci clownfish'. I think that might be what you have unless someone chimes in saying it's a perc. ;) good looking fish.
