So how long before California Bans SW tanks?

Since Santa Clarita Valley has banned water softeners to reduce the amount of chloride going into the sewer system, and a 28 gallon water change puts about the same amount of salt down the drain as an average softener regeneration, how long will it be before they ban the ownership of saltwater aquaria?

Probably a while, since there are a whole lot more water softeners than SW aquariums in CA.
