it happens to melt at 220degrees...

ok, so.

the 6101 uses what size shrouding? I dont see a 6100 or 6101 "suction housing". there is 6080 and 6200? which do I need?

Id heard people using a larger shroud to get a more diffused flow pattern? is that true? or only 6080 would fit.

Yes that will work as well. The flow will not be as far but will be more spread out

I'm using the 6200.130 shroud on my pumps and like the gentler flow pattern. It has a 63mm opening Vs the 50mm opening of the 6080.130

lol, I can admit to my mistakes.

I blamed tunze for a good while, damn them for not using high temp plastic!

Ill try a 6200 I suppose. got alot of tank to cover.

areze, I have some used 6080.13 on hand that I would sell for $20. The best way I have found to really get a shroud clean is soak it in vinegar overnight and then run it in a dishwasher, this may not be safe in all dish washers. If you have one that lets you set the temp and turn off heated dry though it will work. My dishwasher lets me chose a run cycle of 130F or 150F and I use the 130F setting for this.
