So my clowns have ich

So it seems that my four little skunk clowns have a gnarly case of ich. I'm going to be getting a spare tank for a qt today and will be treating the fish. I do have a few questions though as I am still pretty new to reefing ( about a year in ) and I have never had ich I'm my reef tank.
How do I get it out of my DT?
Will going fishless for 80 days and doing rigorous cleaning take care of it?
Any help would be much appreciated

Qt and copper won't work ):
I was trying to slim through but couldn't find the answers I really need other than to leave my tank fishless.
I've had an for about a month or so. I honestly feel like they came in with the parasite because a few days after I put them in the tank it went wild

I would get the fish out and put them in a qt tank. Fallow the tank for at least 90 days. I do 120 just to be safe.

*update*
The smallest of the clowns has disappeared. Almost 100% positive it has wiggled into the rock work somewhere and died.
The remaining three clowns are still in the tank as I couldn't get the qt up yet.
Currently looking through stickys to find best way to treat the clowns.
