I'm good for either date, but the 31st would be slightly better for me.

The 31st is good for me, too. I think it's happy hour all day at chilis! Any time after noon is good for me. I like to sleep in at least 1 day a week. :)
 
oh ya, labor day weekend... DOH!

does this conflict with other people too? we could always move it to this weekend (24th) or the weekend following, sunday september 7th.

any date is good with me.
