So who will be attending BBQ on Sunday?

Hey folks,
We're trying to finalize some things for the BBQ, including the amount of food stuffs so if you think you'll be there, please say so in this thread.
The BBQ will take place next to AMW at Treasure Cove Marina (in Jerry and the Mermaid parking lot just east of AMW). There is also a sand volleyball court there. BBQ foods will be served around 2pm.
BYOB in most cases, and if you want to bring some snacks, sides, etc be sure to let us know as well.

The CTARS group will be getting to AMW around 11a.m. by bus and I'll be showing them around AMW then making our way to the BBQ.
After the BBQ, there will be some time for paid LIRA members to go over to AMW to check out the reef tank.

Also, THERE IS NO PARKING AT JERRY'S OR IN THE MARINA, this is limited to the marina members and Jerry's patrons, you can park up the block from AMW for free, or there are some lots next to and across the street for a fee. Trust me, you don't want to feel the wrath of the staff if you park there.

My brother-in-law Harry and I will be there. Atlantis is on our way for a 4 days offshore fishing trip departing from Montauk by 9pm.

I will bring grapes, and some snacks.

Please do not donate too many good corals that day unless I can find somebody holding for me after the auction.

My weekends have been a bit unpredictable lately, but I'm going try and make it. If I do, I'll likely have my daughter, nephew and possibly the wife as well with me. Making it there is going to depend a lot on the rest of the families willingness, or at least my ability to escape

Ok, if you're coming later, we may need to figure something out then since the BBQ was going to start around 2pm, we'll need to do a quick tour of AMW and I'll need to leave your gang and head to the BBQ. If you can do closer to 12:30, that would be better. Also have all the cash for your group in one shot so we don't waste time paying one by one or figuring out who owes what. I'll meet you guys out front by the seal pool.

Hey Eric,
Good to hear. If you want to bring some side dishe(s) that would be great. We'll have a few drinks, but BYOB is preferred as well.
