I really liked the place, but damn...them mystery wrasses ran out quick!

One even had one of the cleaner shrimp's claw in its mouth

Yea, went there @ 10 ^^ maybe you saw me staring mindlessly at the helifrichi I was the one with white tiger hoodie.

I was thinking of getting one of them wrasse too, but saw a gigantic one in one of the display tank...figured it was going to be way too big for my tank 20g and 16g. That fish was like bigger than my hand...haha

we got to the store about 12:30... would have been there earlier but when we got to thousand oaks my wife asked me if i brought the tickets for max, so we had to go back home to pick them up! still got there in time to get a free t-shirt along with my mp40w!

I got the "Killer" mystery wrasse, the one that eat 4 shrimp in the tank before it got bagged. But I didn't get the killer deal as they short change me, I gave the lady 80 bucks and I didn't realize she only gave me 5 bucks in change until I got back in Corona. I guess she charge me for the shrimp the wrasse eat LOL....I'm not feeding this guy for a few days.

I got the Tek48 54 x 8 lights. I stood 2nd in line and some random guy talked to Tom first while I went to look at the midnights near the killer wrasse an ended up getting the 54 x 6. I was like *** I was here since 8:30... Didn't matter cuz Tom ended up giving me a much better deal on the 8 lights. My mom who had no clue whatsoever about the hobby picked up a mystery wrasse, Flame angel and a six line. Great day but don't ever go to the liquidation sale in Costa Mesa. Waste of gas IMO.

Nice to meet you too! I recognized your name when I was reading these posts so I decided to say hi. Yea I got hooked up really good because once he told me the new price for the light there was no way I coulda said no. I had fun but he coulda used more help he was really busy that morning and you could tell he just woke up lol. I'm kinda sad though because my christmas wrasse is giving my mystery wrasse a bit of a hard time. I'll give them another day to be friends then i'll seperate them.
