the initial quote I got back from them was better than I had expected (for a metal stand), but I am still waiting on a firm quote and an answer to a couple of questions (along with shipping costs, just so I know what they might be).

FWIW, everything you seem to have made, is flawless That last tank was a very nice!!!

I'm getting a 36" x 20" x 22" trimless/braceless display (rounded/polished corners and lip), custom 36" tall stand, and a custom sump/fuge.

The display is being built from 1" thick Spartech Polycast acrylic =P beefy

thanks! i just left socal's workshop today, should be here soon.

i love how they rounded the corners, polished the top, and even rounded the inside corners in the front (can barely tell with the pic).

they included a probe holder and overflow cover for no extra cost as well.

thanks for the comment, hopefully this one won't be in your possession it's going to be a gift for my girlfriend for when she graduates, that or maybe a pearl necklace instead using the funds of selling this to phong

Very nice tank. I second Phoung for that nice open top. You just one your gf to take care of your tank. I used to buy tools or electronic equipments and give it to my wife as gift too.
