soha tang -- should I add it now

I have a juvinile sohal tang that is still in my 75g holding tank. He is so aggressive. He already killed 2 xxlarge chromis and a pair of percula. Should I add him now to my 375g?

He is going to attack any fish you add in the future. I would add that guy last.

Don't know about the sohol tang but put that heater inside the OF box or in the sump would make your tank looks much better ..

Okay I think I should wait. I got another tang that I need to add. I'll be picking up an African (yellow belly) hippo tang a long with a six line wrasse this weekend. I think I should add this two first be fore adding the sohal. Will I be able to add anthias after the sohal is added in?

Hi Elite, that was just temporary. I already move the heater in the sump yesterday. I'll be picking up your neon frogspawn from Jose this weekend. You can drop by my house next week to pick it up.

I already posted in your tank thread earlier this morning, but I will reiterate here what Qwiv said.. you need to add it last, any fish that you add after adding the Sohal will be a gamble, with the house (Sohal) holding all of the cards.

Wow! your tank looks beautiful. I love the wood work and its color.

Since I gave my brother all my corals and he gave me all his fish, I have noticed that the Sojal is extremely aggressive with all other tangs, but doesn't bother any other kind of fish. Just to be safe, so you can populate your tank in peace, I would suggest you to introduce him last. The other option is to put him in and when ever you introduce another tang, you reaquascape, but that would probably be too much work for you, so maybe the first option may be the best for you.

I agree that you should add the sohal last after you have added all the fish on your list. If ever you add another fish once he settled, I would suggest to put a partition like those light diffuser to house him temporary to give the new fish time to acclimate to your tank without being harassed.

i've been wanting to add one (sohal tang) in my tank but am afraid it's gonna harass my other tangs to death. goodluck bro!
