swimming around the top of the tank,yet it looks like his mouth is permantly open.No spots on him.Cheeks look a little sunken in,.He is 24hours old in my tank,and looked like he was maybe gettin besaton up.Any suggestions on this?

Well first off, you shouldn't have got a fish that was beatin up at the store. Most likly hes stressed. Is your tank getting any oxygen?
