If it died, within that short of a time they should call OM and talk with Paul or Cass and they will make it right.
I would bet money that if it failed after three years, they would still make it right.
Chances are that if the unit had problems that quickly after installation that some sand might have gotten stuck in the drum.
Taking out the drum and cleaning it is about a ten minute project.
And the normal suggestions are that after a start up or first run installation of the OM to run the pumps without the drum installed to allow the sand to settle.
But if they call Paul, I will think they will make it right.
Paul has called me back three times, and given me his cell number, and I did not have any problems just set up questions.
And I bought my unit used from someone else, and told him so.
He even sent me the allen wrench and lubiction and instructions on how to remove teh drum, for free, even though I offered to pay him, at least shi[pping and handling..
No deal.
He sent them for free.
