Some Bad News About a LFS! Need verification.

So I know I have been absent lately, but I have been slammed with school and work plus my tank is not doing too great at the moment. I heard this bit of info today and thought I would pass it along. My wife works with one of Fins & Furs former employees and she was told that Krystal actually dumped the Remoras in bleach, because she didnt want to move them over to Fins of Franklin. She told her some other disturbing things, but I want to know if anyone has seen those remoras in the tanks at Fins? I find it hard to believe that someone would do that for such an ignorant reason, but I have seen/heard crazier things. So, let me know if anyone can prove or disprove any of this. I am curious if the employee is just PO'ed or if Krystal is that cold.

That sounds crazy imo, and most know my sentiment towards Fins. I will cruise by there today and see if they have them in the tanks at the franklin store, when I get off work. There will be no way of confirming such a story though, they could easily say they sold them yesterday, if I ask about them today.

:eek2: I ahve trouble believing that this is true. that said, I could not put it past a disgruntled person. with the money invested in the store (purchasing the Jungle, moving it to new location, investment in the massive amount of tanks and equipment at new location) I have trouble believing they would throw money down the drain like that.

I thought the same thing, but I don't have the time to go check it out myself. She has had those Remoras for quite some time, so I don't see how she could just toss them in bleach and be done with them like that.

I'm not a super big fan but I tolerate them. I don't think they would do such a thing. Like it was mentioned above, they wouldn't just kill their investment. I don't understand why no pet shop can stay open in murfreesboro????? Only Petsmart or Petco....
