9) Alpha Bertex 170 skimmer. Red dragon pump has some issues... Starts then stops. Impeller perfect and I tried new bearing but can't get it to work. Body and cup perfect condition. You could put on a Laguna pump and have an awesome skimmer for cheap! $175

10) t5 retro set up... 4 waterproof end caps, reflectors, bulbs, icecap 660. $80

11). Aragonite sand. Bring bucket and fill it for $5
Sand will need a good rinsing I have a very large amount

12) live Rock- mostly dry, some wet. Very nice pieces available. Pukani, and other very porous and large beautiful pieces. Must come to see... I'm not gonna pull it all apart and take pics. Dry $4-$5/lb (dry is super light and this is a great deal). Wet $2/lb.
