Some help with an order..

I ordered jun 20..
I was emailed that the shipping was off an it was an extra 62 for ups ground.
I sent it..on the 21, and sent back an email...just in case...
On the 25 I emailed Liz again asking about my order, and I got back the same recycle message about the 62 bucks...I spoke to her on the phone and sent her the PayPal receipt...she emailed back that she had resolve the problem and that the order would ship that day...
I emailed today for a tracking number and didn't get a response....

Hi Jose, thank you very much for the order. It looks like the issue with the extra shipping was because it was such a large shipment going internationally. By looking at the invoice it looks like it went out yesterday, but I'll need to do some research to find the tracking, as it did not save due to being international. If you want to send me an email to jeremy@premiumaquatics.com I can respond to you tomorrow morning with the tracking information.
 
Just sent you an email with the tracking information. All is good to go with the shipment and on-time. Let me know if you have any questions about the Bubble King once you receive it.
