That is so cool! I can't wait to get it hooked up and running - no more flooding! When you cut the slots do you have something that stops the cutting at the upper and lower cutting limits? I love the bent look - very nice checkinhawk!

Chris, it looks real nice!

I need a 24 X 18 X 24 fuge. Can you give me a call? I have a proposition for you.

when i cut the slots i have a piece of plywood under the acrylic, you do that so you dont cut into the mill table.the mill has a depth stop so once it is set its same every time.i will glue the walls in tomorrow and leak test it after(not that it will leak),but i will test it anyway.

That is very cool checkinhawk. It might have to be on display instead of under that table as a sump. Maybe we can work something out on Sunday - can't way to get her in and running.

That is soooooo sweet! I guess it's time to retire the container sump - It's done a fine job for me but it's time to upgrade :D.

Checkinhawk that is so nice. Very nice work, the corners and shape are so precise. I think you have a gift and that is working with acrylic - you are very good at this. Thank you for the new sump - :D. I think it's time to start a new business!

Let's see...Sumps...Calcium Reactors...Kalk Stirrers...Carbon/Phos Reactors...OM type 6-way...I believe I smell $$$!

lol.i have a problem with my 6 way.i didnt epoxy coat the magnets on the inner drum.the magnets have started to rust and chew away at my isolator plate.i guess i have to make a new inner drum as this one is shot.the magnets have actually cracked the pvc drum.i took the drum out and am running the valve open till i make the new drum.

Nice job, Where are you getting your acrylic from? Ive looked at home depot and lowes and the prices are way high.

i get it from my work.

JBEH375414 - Yeah you're not going to get this nice acrylic from any of the home repair stores locally. Here is where checkinhawk's works:
http://siscousa.com/siscohome2.html

They're located in st pete around 34th st N and 22nd st N (Address is on the web site). I've found some very had to find items and they were very nice and accommodating.
