no clue... I received a single polyp of them at a frag swap, after they grew out they developed those ridiculous skirts :)

Thanks. I can post a fts later.

I don't feed them, directly, at least. I feed my fish a lot of cyclopeeze; sometimes the zoos catch some of it :)

Ray, you gotta hook it up with those blues man. Are those the blue halos that was from Cwolfus, raddogz I think got something like that, but instead of just turning halo's the whole thing turned blue

rleechb, if you are up to it, how about sharing some details about your tank. It would help an aweful lot of young reefers who might be curious about your Z's & P's.

Thanks.

Sure, why not?

58g SPS dominated
20g sump
Octopus NW150 skimmer (modded w/ mesh)
Refugium
Phosban reactor
3 x 6045 Tunze Nanostreams
2 x 250w Iwasaki 14ks
2 x 39w T5 actinics (ATI blue plus and UVL super actinic)

Not much to as far as maintenance. A 5g water change every weekend (as long as I remember) along with a couple drops of Lugol's. I feed 5-6 times a day w/ cyclopeeze/mysis/nori. I think that's about it.

Your zoa's all have some long skirts...I wonder what it is that makes them grow out so long? Maybe your flow?

Yep, they're from cwolfus. They grow slow.. I've had them for almost a year, I believe (started out as two polyps). We'll work out when I reach into the tank next ;)

rleechb, beautiful corals. You feed 5-6 times a day?

yep, I feed a pretty insane amount of food. I pour as much as I can into the tank, without causing nitrates/phosphates to rise. The fish and coral seem to respond well to it. :)

Those are really beautiful. Did they all start from frags or did you buy large colonies?

I've never purchased a colony of zoos (for this tank, at least). Most of them grew out from a few polyps. It's part of the fun, at least for me :)

I could never put my finger on it. My zoos have always have really long skirts... could very well be flow?
