Someone helpme with my MP40 QD

Hey guys, so I have a MP40 quiet drive and I cannot connect it to Mobius first it says it has had a failure to perform a firmware check and then when I’m done with the stupid firmware check it’s already been updated. I cannot connect to Bluetooth and the process just repeats itself is ever had this problem and do you know what the fix is?

Welcome to Mobius…

All joking aside, some fixes I’ve seen previously are:

• Turn off the powerhead for 10 minutes, turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, and then turn everything back on.
• (I think you tried this already) - Can you click on the 3 dots (top right) >> Settings >> Devices, and see if there are updates for those vortechs?
  
  The latest firmware update should help with connection issues.
  
  Also go into the app store and ensure you're running the most current mobius app.
• Worse comes to worse: contacting ecotech directly.

I know not solid answers but I don’t run vortechs.

The weird part for me is that I have two AI Hydra 32s and they weren’t connecting to my AI, but as soon as I tried Mobius actually worked and is Mobius as bad as people say or are they underplaying it? Also, can I just control the pump with my Apex?

I’ve never tried mobius (I don’t run much if any name brand (except my apex)).

I don’t know how much control you’ll have with just the apex. I believe you’ll need the MXM module to be able to properly control the MP40 through Apex.

It just went from bad to worse now if I try to even add it, it doesn’t show up in the select device to add to tank
