Something has been slowly eating away at my non-acropora furry type sps corals. Stylo type Coral sps, etc. Their skin and polyps get eatin away slowly over time. It's spread up the Coral like in this picture. It happens slowly, not rapid. After a purple stylo was totally bone I pulled it off the rock and found some flat worms on the bottom. Not sure if it's related cause there are zero signs of AEFW in my tank and I don't know if a flatworm that eats non acros. Like mentioned all acros are fine.

Check at lights out with a flashlight. You mentioned stylo, what other genera are affected? Could be asterina stars.

I've actually removed two small star fish resembling aaterina this past week but just tonight I checked and seen as many as 6 key home limpids. Seems like I got multiple problems. I guess I'll but those shrimp that eat the starfish and remove the limpids by g hands

If you're just seeing the starfish around the tank, they likely aren't an issue. There are certain varieties that eat coral, and if that's the case you will catch them on the base of the coral after lights out.

What's strange is I've never seen anything at lights out accept these little mite things running around the sps. Some pods could be eating these sps very slowly? Not copeopods, these look like small, juvenile amphiopods.

So if it's not starfish what would slowly eat the sps? Could it be these keyhole limpids?

it looks like something has been digesting the flesh, that would be classic for something like a starfish as they extrude their stomachs and digest stuff, could also be the limpits.
