How can you cure it?Looks like ich to me.
Great. I didn't notice it yesterday when I was cleaning up the tank a little. Noticed this morning when I woke up on my way to workSearch ich treatment in the search box for this site and you should get all the info you need. To me it looks like you've had ich for quite a while. Usually in my experience, whenever I've had a fish look this infested it dies. So I would definitely reccomend treating then right away.
Don't have a QT tank at the moment. What can I do about that?Id suggest looking at some of the posts on here for starters: http://reefcentral.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=87
You'll probably have to catch and QT all of your fish, since they all have ich now. Your DT will need to stay fishless now, 72 days.

It wasn't there yesterday when I was cleaning the glass on the tank and feeding themwow I have never seen ich that bad!.. tghis happened overnight??
Yeah, tough finding a tank to house 10 fish. They are set up in a 125 so I'm kinda stuck on choices....I am speaking on limited experience, mostly from thorough reading on the topic, but you're going to need one. Can't treat with copper in the tank, you'll kill everything besides, and quite possibly including, the fish. The fish need to be removed and the tank needs to be allowed to lay fallow to let the ich die off. So search I'd say get a tank big enough to house the fish right away, and start cycling it, meanwhile maybe try this with the fish. http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1996525.
If you treat them in the tank the copper will kill all of the inverts. So if the tank is a fowler that could be an option but if you have any coral you will need to treat outside of the main tank. You could use a large toat from the store with a heater and power head. Just stack a couple togethor and the rubber shouldn't bow much.
Easier to just treat in my 125?Personally I would use the tubs. It's te safest option for your tank and coral in my opinion.
I keep them fat as possible. Brine shrimp, pellets (with garlic), flakes (with garlic)Keep your fish fed and happy so they are more likely to survive. If they keep eating then they should be ok, its when they stop eating that you really start worrying. So for now keep them as fat as you can.
