Search ich treatment in the search box for this site and you should get all the info you need. To me it looks like you've had ich for quite a while. Usually in my experience, whenever I've had a fish look this infested it dies. So I would definitely reccomend treating then right away.

Great. I didn't notice it yesterday when I was cleaning up the tank a little. Noticed this morning when I woke up on my way to work

Don't have a QT tank at the moment. What can I do about that?

I am speaking on limited experience, mostly from thorough reading on the topic, but you're going to need one. Can't treat with copper in the tank, you'll kill everything besides, and quite possibly including, the fish. The fish need to be removed and the tank needs to be allowed to lay fallow to let the ich die off. So search I'd say get a tank big enough to house the fish right away, and start cycling it, meanwhile maybe try this with the fish. http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1996525.

Yeah, tough finding a tank to house 10 fish. They are set up in a 125 so I'm kinda stuck on choices....

If you treat them in the tank the copper will kill all of the inverts. So if the tank is a fowler that could be an option but if you have any coral you will need to treat outside of the main tank. You could use a large toat from the store with a heater and power head. Just stack a couple togethor and the rubber shouldn't bow much.

None of my coral is attached to anything. Just frags. I have a few trees I can remove than basically it's gonna be a Fowler. That could be a choice? My inverts can be moved to my 8 gallon tank as a temp hold.

Would that work out?

Keep your fish fed and happy so they are more likely to survive. If they keep eating then they should be ok, its when they stop eating that you really start worrying. So for now keep them as fat as you can.

I keep them fat as possible. Brine shrimp, pellets (with garlic), flakes (with garlic)

Good. For treating the DT, I wouldn't recommend it. You'll kill all crustaceans and I've heard of LR soaking in the copper. Not sure if that is true though, but it will kill your coralline algae too. If you treat copper in your tank then the only living things in there will be bacteria, algae and your fish. To me that takes away from the point of having a reef tank. Plus copper doesn't go away, you would need to completely drain the tank and rinse everything to try to get rid of it and even then you could have issues. A QT tank would be much easier.
