Something Strange on My Clown's Eye

One of my clown's has a strange white cone shaped thing on his eye. It doesn't look like popeye. It literally looks like his eye has morphed into a cone shape protruding out from his head a couple millimeters. He eats fine, swims fine, no change in behavior whatsoever. Should I try treating him with something or just maybe start adding some garlic to his food and see if it clears up on his own?

I can try to get one tomorrow the lights are off for the night. I can kinda see how it could be some type of Popeyes but its just a very strange shape

Its called Pop eye / Cotton Eye..I read espom salt helps.. do some research good luck with the little guy..
