Sony DSLR setup?

I borrowed a Sony a200 for awhile. Have two Sony lenses. 18-70 & 75-300. Both say Macro. Could someone give me a quick rundown of where to start with all the settings. Looking for some nice coral close-ups, of course. Really need a starting point.

Hello Rook i am also using Sony, try this take the picture in RAW f 16 or more, ISO 100 or 200 using yours 75-300 macro. The camera must be still and use a remote or time trigger, whitebalance 10000k.

Excellent pics. Going to get a tripod today. Thanks for the advise. I'll post a pic or two once I get it figured out.
