I have eight 40 lb bags of southdown sand for sale. It's left over from a bulk purchase I made years ago. I've never opened the bags. They are unmarked bags (from bulk purchase) that were bagged on site down if Ft. Pierce where we drove down to pick it up from the distributor.

Price is $20 per bag, or 3 bags for $50.
