Spaghetti worm?

Picture isn't the greatest... But is this a spaghetti worm?
It is moving on its own.. So it's alive... But as thin as a single hair.. But about 2 or 3 inches long

I took a video as well but do not know how to post it

I can tell you, because I have a ton of spaghetti worms, that mine have cone shaped bodies and tons of arms. Not at like what you describe.

digitate hydroids?

No.. Doesn't look like a hydroid that I see pictured on Google... Just a bright white lil worm.. About as thin as a single hair.. I found a second one in my tank today.. I didn't get a picture of the second one... Just pictures of the first one in my original post

Anyone have any ideas?
I found 2 more working there way around some of my LR.
Google went on strike for me since I was using her so much to find an answer... Also read through the links above that were suggested... All with no prevail..
I'd love to find out what they are.. And if they are safe or not
