Spikes on Percu

Anyone got any idea what this is on one of my percu's, they are a spawning pair which i have had for +4yrs, its on the female

loads of really fine filement spike on eye and head but no where else

Bristle worm bristles.

My Shrimp gody gets them everyone in a while in his mouth. Your clown should be fine.
