Spotted Dragonette Transfer

So I have a 120G set up it has been running for about 1.5 months. I added some pods about a month ago and noticed a population explosion. They are all over the glass. What I want to know is, I have a spotted dragonette that is a bit skinny and the other well yet smaller seasoned tank is not keeping him well fed. Can I added him to the bigger tank without having a pod collapse? Or should I wait a bit longer?

I have two ruby red dragonets and had a blue mandarin for years, none of them seemed to gain enough from pods but they eat the spirulina, mysis, cyclopeeze and live tiggers I throw in for all the other fish. I think this is the exception though as my mandarin took awhile to warm to the frozen food. I even have a lawnmower blenny that went full carnivore, probably after watching all the other fish.

If there are so many pods that they are visible on the glass, I'd say go for it, and watch his belly. If he's already getting too skinny from the small tank, then it's not like he could starve more.
