Anyone try to apply for a raffle license under Villa Park Municiple Code §13-503? There are quite a few legal requirements to hold a raffle in Villa Park. §§13-501, 502, 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, 508 cover the licensing, conduct, records, etc.

The Raffle Licence is part of the Application for Amusement Event Form # [A/C 10.41024]
Already filed with Village of Villa Park.

CMAS Thanks you for your Legal expertise once again....Our committee will follow up and double check to assure all forms and applications are filed.

Just as a follow up....Thanks again for the legal advise, and wondering how the by-laws revisions are coming, that you committed to help with, so I can submit them to the board for revisions and/or approval? And of course to the membership following that, as required by law.
