Springer Dottyback torn up

I've got an Allen Damsel, Firefish Goby, Springers Dottyback and a Coral Beauty. They're in a 46 bowfront now. Previously in a 20 high(not including the angel) they all got along great, now it seems that someone is fighting. The firefish has damage on it but the dotty is torn up pretty bad.

At first I though it was just resetting territory since it is a new tank, but it seems like it's getting worse.

From the list the damsel is the most likely candidate but they are normally pretty peaceful. The angel could also be the one as they can be aggressive to fish that stay in and around the rockwork.

If it's split fins then it could be fighting but dottybacks can sometimes get really banged up hunting or squeezing into the smallest spaces.

It's a combination of split and missing. A huge chunk of his tail is missing. I'm trying to get him out and into qt, to heal him up.

Also, when the lights are on everyone is hunky dory. I don't see any aggression from any fish. Is it possible that my banded shrimp finally decided he wants to eat fish for dinner? They've been together for several months with no issues.
