SPS 20H, flow rate?

Well I'm knew here, and I ask questions lot of them. You will probably get to know me as the kid who asks a lot of questions. Hope ya'll are up for a challenge.

My soon to be setup:

-20 Gallon high, non drilled, but plan on using Eshopps HOB overflow.
-10 gallon sump/fuge with Eshopps in sump protein skimmer, and Via aqua return pump
-Lights, haven't really decided but more then likely I'll go with 4-6 T5 bulbs.

So my question is. What do ya'll recommend as of flow rate? Like what should my GPH be in a tank this size? Ive heard all sorts of things. Everything's welcome and appreciated.

When I had a 20h I used 2 Koralia nanos (425gph) and maxijet 1200. Worked well.

Alrighty I appreciate the responds. So do you guys think 1000 GPH turnover rate is good for this aquarium?

I think a mag 7 for your return from your sump is good, and 2x Korallia #2's would be perfect for flow. Or go with 1x mp10. I have a 20L SPS tank, and this is what I run. Unfortunately not the MP10!

I run an mp10 on mine. I used to have two koralia 1s though.

+1 on mp10 or K2s-- mp10 preferably

I would NOT run a K3 in this tank, at least not directly at the coral. I've got one in my 30G and the direct flow is so strong it'll blow flesh off of SPS, just something to consider.
