sps and phosphates

what will phosphates do to your sps? also if you run a reactor can you harm your sps with the media (over dose)? you know over do it i have been told to run it constantly for ever basically ..but can you over do it? I will be buying a reactor soon because my phosphates are at .30 on the hanna, all other parameters are find alk is at 9dkh,calc-420,nitrates 0,nitrites 0 , ph 7.9-8.2 temp at 78-80deg.Fahrenheit,salinity is at 1.026,
Now how bad is 0.30 for the phosphates ? critical or ?

Under elevated levels of phosphate, sps exhibit suppressed calcification/reduced growth.
