SPS lighting??

I'm setting a new tank which is 66"x30"x22"h eurobrace I planing to use lumenbright large reflectors + 4x80w t5ho as actinic supplementation and my light is going to be at 12" high from the water level, my questions is :

how many reflectors do I need in my tank ?
do I need 250w or 400w ?

I think 2 wouldn't be enough so I would go with 3 and you should only need 250 watt bulbs. I'm sure there are people who would say you will only need 2, but I tend to lean toward more light especially if you're doing SPS.
