I recently figured out how to piece video clips together using Microsoft Movie Maker. So here is a quick look (4.5 mb, 1.5 minutes) of my sps tank. You'll need Microsoft Media Player to playback the video.
You may not want to d/l this if you are using dial-up because the file size is 4.5 mb. I could edit the video clip to make it shorter. Unfortunately, I'm using a Canon camera because it takes video in avi format. Unlike my Nikon which takes video in quicktime format, and I haven't found a freeware that converts quicktime movie to avi yet. Mark Levenson built a camera box for my Nikon, otherwise the video would come out nicer under water. You'll see that the top view reflects glare from the MH light - therefore the color to sps is lost.
This is fun. I hope you enjoy it too. This way I can look back what my tank looks like - if it should crash one day due to power outage or whatever. It's been a month or so since going BB and I still like the clean look.
