Wow - thank you BRISK495 for reviving this old thread. Exactly one year ago when I took a video of this tank. I just looked at this video, which I have forgotten, and it is quite amazing. Since that video, a lot has changed.
And thanks to all for nice comments.
The tank looked very clean back then because I just took out sandbed - around November 2004. Right now, the tank is more mature that zoo's are growing on the starboard and coraline algae growing on the backside. I moved the tank so that it is against the wall. I got tired of having to keep all 3 sides clean. I do miss having access to all 3 side.
Bugger - I did add another Aquaspace light to the tank, since I took down another tankand that light wasn't in use. On the back side of tank I have propagation setup. It's hidden from the front view. So with the add'l aquaspace increased the # of light to 6 (4 x 250 watt, 1 x 150 watt, and 96 watt actinic power compact).
I haven't updated my reef web site to reflect all the changes. I completely redo the rock work, using more tonga branch to keep the bottom more open. Use a seawirl to increase the circulation and added another tunze stream to have a total of 4 6100 and a wavebox. Overall the tank is doing well probably due to the amount of flow.
I hope to take an update video shortly. I had a webcam setup but it is now pointing to the refugium. Having a tripod in front of the tank is not practical. I had the tripod setup when I go on vacation.
