SPS Safe Fish for 40 Gallon

Looking for some sps safe fish that would be good with my current inhabitants.

Currently have a diamond goby and a pair of Clowns.

I also have a bicolor blenny, but I need to get rid of him because he is nipping at my birdsnest and digitata.

Firefish - color/species depending on your budget. :) I think Firefish are highly underrated. I love them, and there is a Firefish to suit every budget.

I was worried the clowns would pick on the firefish.. My clowns are rather docile though. The fish I have been looking at are a pair of Banggai Cardinals, Single Purple/Helfrechi Firefish, Pair of Green Chromis, and maybe a wrasse (other than 6 line)

I really would like to get the stocking levels up a bit in my tank. My bioload for the 40 gallon is rather light, and from everything I've read - SPS does a bit better in a heavier bioload tank.

SPS only do better with heavy bioload if there is also heavy skimming with a big skimmer. I doubt the Clowns would bother the Firefish much. I have a breeding pair of Onyx Percula Clowns in my 50-gallon and a breeding pair of red Firefish and they are co-exist happily. There are also three different Cardinal species in there too which all get along and a Royal Gramma (that's another good, brightly colored small tank fish).

I think my skimmer can handle a decently heavy bioload. Maybe not a huge bioload, but definitely more than 4 fish, lol.
And Yea, I was also looking at the Royal Gramma too.

Tank's equipment is currently:

IM Nuvo Fusion 40
Radion XR30W Pro G3 (Oddly debating going with ATI a 6x24 Sunpower (Not sure why))
2x Vortech MP10W-QD
Jebao DC-3000 Return
Tunze ATO
Apex Controller
inTank Baskets running Floss, Fuge & Purigen
AquaMaxx HOB-1 Skimmer
BRS Deluxe Reactor running Carbon & GFO
Emperor Aquatics 25W UV Sterilizer
Aquamaxx S-Nano Calcium Reactor

With this equipment list, kinda going to be tough not to be successful, lol... Throw some fish in that bad boy and stock it up :) Do you have a thread, if so, link it, would be great to see some pics.
Regards,

No build thread on it right now.

But these are a few pictures. May start a build thread when I get a few more corals in it.

This is before UV sterilizer was installed, had a bacterial bloom that took a month to clear.

This was after 24 hours of UV.

It's not odd to consider going t5 from led. I did it and it was one of the best reefing moves I made. Although, you do have maybe the best led on the market

Yea, that's what is holding my back more. If I had a cheaper led setup, I'd consider it more. But don't know if if see a worthwhile difference over the XR30W Pro G3

Might consider trading in my AI Primes over my 20g lps/softies tank and try the 4x24 ATI.

Cherub angel?

not 100% with softies and long tentacles, but what fish is 100%.

Nice addition to small reefs and fine with sps

I have had mine since the beginning and it has not bothered any coral at all. My 75 is currently sps dominant - but wasn't always and the cherub has always been a model citizen.
