By the way if you live in Key Largo, you live in a great place, and me and the family go down to the keys a lot, we have a house in key colony beach, so maybe we could meet up and talk about the hobby if you would like just let me know.

Hey ! :bounce2:

Only three days to go to register for SRC, member appreciation party and poolside luau.

If you've been camping under a rock somewhere and haven't heard the news, SRC is just about here... oh man, just thinking about finally getting to hang out with Sanjay, Julian, James and Richard Friday night is going to very cool !

And the weather makers are calling for clear skies Fri night too.

Yep... I'm ready to party!

Maybe he smells funny and gets shy speaking in public =)

Reefartist we messaged a bit before I look forward to meeting you!

chrisstie - Oh yes I remember and look forward in meeting you and Marcye. I might have to check out Marcye's Possum Wrasse :)

This is going to be great! I do have a question - what should I bring or is it possible to keep corals just using air stones. Not sure if that made any sense - I'll try again. If I purchased a coral on Friday, would it harm the coral to use only air stones until Sunday when I return home? I might have to wait to purchase and return to Orlando later but I was just wondering. If it would harm the coral at all - I can wait :D. I did see where SITC was open on Sunday afternoon - Mmmmm do you think they'll have any corals left?

Most of the stores in the orlando area are open on sundays.....Are they not in Tampa? Most of our stores are awesome about keeping a constant stock of coral and fish. Usually thats not a problem, the real problem is trying to not spend a whole day driving from store to store just to see what they all have in stock.

Well I have to tell you that in this area (Tampa Bay) there's only one place I will purchase livestock and that is from John at FAOIS in Oldsmar. I will not have time to drive around Orlando and inspect the LFS. From everything I've heard SITC has the same very high standards as FAOIS. FAOIS is not open on Sundays :(.

OK - I'm thinking it's not a good idea. Oh well I'm sure there will be lots to do other than spend money on corals - NOT! See all of you Saturday!

Anyone who hasn't registered and is still thinking about, register today.
Don't wait til the last minute...
Prices to register the day of the event will be higher!

If you have any questions, please PM me!
Looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend.

ReefArtist you'd be more than welcome to stop by and see my tank if you're in town Sunday after the conference.. He's such a cool little guy i love wrasses :)

I also am getting a HUGE latz clown thats still in holding at SITC while I make some tank changes to accomodate her. Very neat fishies!

chrisstie - I read about the latz clown on your web site. I wasn't sure what it looked like so I did a search - that is one beautiful fish! I ended up getting another Possum Wrasse (Lots of orange with white strips - I called him Pumpkin :D). I'll definitely have to stop by SITC and see your latz for sure!

There are just a few spots left open for the Meet and Greet. Don't miss out on the fun, register today!

What time should we arrive for the event tonight? How long is it supposed to go on for? Will we have some time to ask a few questions?

Also, should I eat before I come or will there be food there? No issue either way, just don't want to be stuffed or starving:).
