SSC placement?

I've had a Strawberry Shortcake for about 2 years now and it hasn't grown to its potential colors yet. I moved it about a year ago since it wasnt happy with its spot and browned out. It currently has very bright pink tips and a green base doing better than before. It keeps encrusting but the colors haven't changed. I have it in the middle of my tank with high flow under radions gen 2 running at 70% intensity. Any tips? Where does everyone else have their SSC? I'm thinking I may have to move it up higher?

I have 2, one high and one middle, the higher one does better below my radions, my par meter says 350

Mine is in high light and high flow. Par is 380 under t5s
