st thomas bubble help.

yea i think your right its a yuma. i just didnt know they could get that big!
i have a problem though, it wont attach its foot to any of the rubble.
any ideas? right now i pinned it against some rubbles so it almost has to attach

I just picked up a pink yuma last week. I have a lot of pieces of rock buried under the sand so what I did was place it on the sand near a piece of rock that was sticking out and then formed a barrier of little pieces of marble around it so it would not blow it away and a piece above it to allow it to acclimate to my lighting. It took less than two days to attach and with my pistols moving sand around it looks like it's just sitting on the sand but it's happy.

Nice pick up for $15! I would give it some time since it's a yuma and the foot was damaged since it was torn off its rock at the lfs...

I've seen some yumas round 5-6'' inches and I've heard they can get around 7''+, much bigger than floridias.

Give it a few days and it will attach.

Hope you find it.You may need to get a small bowl with some sand and rubble in it, and place in a low flow area for it to attach.I have done several that way.

i found it!! very lucky, it was on the edge of falling into my pistol burrow( it wouldve been gone forever)
i make a massive castle around it with rock and put a barrier around it
there is no way it can get out this time
thx for the help, ill keep you guys updated
