Stall condition but no error codes?

For the past seven days, I have awoken to one of my slave MP40Ws not spinning. The LEDs only show a single whiteish blue light (non-flashing) at the lower end of the LED panel. The pump restarts after I unplug the unit and apply power. About two months ago, I replaced the wetside with a new unit. Prior to the new wet side install, this particular unit had never experienced these issues. The propeller is clean and spins freely. What is wrong? I have error codes enabled but I'm not receiving any published error code for a stall condition. Thanks.

The new wetside has apparently solved the problem. However, I'm confused about the return packaging you provided for the partial wetside. The note says I should mail everything back to Ecotech except the magnet using the prepaid envelope provided. However, there is also a prepaid UPS return label for the box you provided. Could you clarify what should be returned and how?

Just send the entire wet side using the return label and the original box.
