That all depends upon position and your preference. Will an inadvertent move upset the plumbing you set up? Do you see a need to have to move it in the future (knowing that the water will make it quite heavy/possibly immobile)? That said, I bought a large shelf unit from Costco for my quarantine tanks and I built it with the wheels.
Cool, that looks sturdy - although I wonder if you should be concerned about rust? You may want to look into spray coating it if you're going to use it long term.
I'd probably keep the casters but it doesn't look like they have locks on them. Perhaps throw a cinder block on either side to keep it from moving. If you have it against a wall/out of the way it's probably not a big issue though.
