Starphire Glass

Our new tank has a Starphire Glass front.
I can not figure out how to take a good picture!
The pictures come out blurry.
Any suggestions?

Oh, my camera is a Nikon D80

The Starphire has nothing to do with taking sharp pictures, can you explain how you take your shots? Tripod, shutter speed, aperature, cable release or timer, what angle are you shooting at in relation to the glass...

I use a tripod, sometimes I shot in auto or aperature, not to often do I shot in speed.
I know not to take a shot at an angle.
I try to take a pic in line with the coral.

Can we see a sample shot please along with the settings used?

Edit: I went through some of your photos on your photobucket site, it is possible that you are too close to the subjects with the focal lengths that you are using (I am assuming it is on more of a kit lens like the 17-55mm).
