Here is my family special:
Drive down the road, find the nearest dead deer and skin it. Carry the meat back home, stick on the grill for about 20min on medium. And enjoy!!

I would explain my REAL favorite dish and how to make, but i'd lose you once i start adding all the spanish names and blah blah blah
Thanks for the recipe.. I'll definitely have to try that out.Originally posted by out
Easy! I'll try that next week, my hubby loves ribs. Here's one of my family's faves, takes twenty minutes.
Whole roasted chicken, box of potato gnocchi, tub of alfredo sauce. While the gnocchi is cooking, pull all the meat off the chicken. When gnocchi is done, drain, return to pot, add chicken and alfredo sauce, stir and serve. Good, stick to your ribs, meal. Add a salad or steamed broccoli.

I'll be doing before and after PAR testing for comparison. Also, Phil may help me out, and let me borrow 2 - 250w MH's to rig up above the tank for a day to test the values, and get a direct comparison.

Any explantion of your new choice? woulnd't it be better to start switching from front to back and then assess and maybe modify your choice as you go?
don't you think that changing all the bulbs in one go can affect the corals negatively?

I wanted a little "bluer tint" to the tank, and the ATI bulbs are supposed to have better color plus pump out more PAR than the Geisemann bulbs.Originally posted by out
I think this is the right way to go about it. I changed mine out two at a time over 6 weeks. I didn't want to sunburn my corals.
Hey man, long time no see. How's your tank doing?Originally posted by Reeftanks6
Hello Tswifty i have been off of this site for a little bit of time. There has been so much going on. I see that you are doing very well with your tank. What is your current stock list for fish?
