Starting Ozone

Paul I have the same one.Works like a champ. Quick question though. Whats the grey thing on the wall and how do you work it?

That's my cell phone, the cord is to tie it to my head. It has been there as long as the tank was there, about 1979 or so. It still works, the crank is on the other side
