steinhart aquarium water

I know this isnt the response you might be looking for but why not get a ro/di unit and mix yourself? You could easily mix up a batch in less time than it would take you to go to the store and lug up jugs. Plus, youll have a constant supply of top off. You will have the cost of your unit back in no time.

I have a 15 month old baby and I want to make a Quick change water changing system like this one but I'm a little short on time right now, and I do have RO, I've been in the hobby since 95' not exactly a newee but thanks for your advice I will use the ocean water for awhile.

Coral - I wasnt implying in anyway that you were a "noob" I guess i just figured having a ro/di unit and mixing salt on your own would be much more efficient and quicker than going to the store and lugging jugs but hey, what do i know. Whatever the case, good luck.

I know, I appreciate your help thats why I ask. BTW the jugs are starting to suck:p I want to have everything on my tank complete but I'm streatched, I put this tank together and stocked it in one year so I need to focus on other things for awhile like remodeling my home and playing with my boy.
