Stenopus - boxer shrimp loose left hand

Just come from work and sow my Coral Banded Shrimp
without left hand. Now he only has 1 , why this happened and is there any chance that new arm will reproduce ?

it will grow a new one, I had 3 for the price of one cause all had one hand, the LFS thought he had a deal, well, I have one that hangs out in the overflow and 2 that decided to couble and total is 6 hands, they keep missing a hand every now and then but it grows again

It will grow back with successive molts. It'll probably take a few molts to get back to it's normal size.
