My 120 tank plus 10 gallon refugium has been running for a little over a year. I have MH lights and a good protien skimmer.

ok..I haven't bought the Haddoni yet and won't if you guys say its a bad idea with my question. ...Well, can I put a haddoni with a LTA? Without having chemical war..next question... Will LPS corals bother a Haddoni? If these answers are no I'm ok with it I'm just asking as much as I can before I end up making a huge mistake.

Can a sebae be in the same tank with a LTA?.

I already have an LTA I was just wondering if I could have a different anemone species with my LTA with out problems. Should I stick to just LTAs and BTAs. I don't have a BTA but I heard they get along with LTAs.

I wouldnt recommend mixing anemone species because of roming, I think its the haddoni that will be bothering the corals. If you really want on then just trade the LTA

Oh..Well I can take all the LPS out of the tank and wait for the haddoni to settle in then put the LPS back in. No way am I trading in my LTA, I'm keeping my purple LTA. If mixing species is a no then I'll just get another LTA. What about a sebae and an LTA...does anyone out there have them together in the same tank?

I currently have a haddoni and an LTA together in my 58. Been like that for about a week now. The haddoni was originally my 75, but moved it to my 58 until I redo part of the 75.

Anyways, it has only been 9 days, and so far so good. I do run a bag of carbon 24/7. This isn't a long term thing, just doing because the rock work in the 75 is messed up and couldn't get it right yet (( knee surgery )). I don't think I would do this long term, but I have a feeling it will stay like this for at least a couple more weeks.

I've had my sebae for almost the last year with my LTA. They share a 125 with 3-250 MH's and 384 watt PC actinics. There have been no issues with roaming, other LPS corals or contact with each other. I have a very happy healthy clarki which hosts in both.

I've had 2 Haddoni & 2 Bta's in the same tank for 2+ years.Never noticed any negative interaction. The carpets are side by side & seem indifferent to each other's presence also. The Haddonis both seem to be more affected by any sweepers from LPS or even some soft corals than vice versa.HTH.
