A couple of polyps in the first picture look ok. I would either cut them off and glue to a different rock or cut all the others off. Maybe even try to get three or so decent polyps and put them in different areas, even different tanks if you can. If you can get one polyp to live it will be worth it. Last summer I ordered some zoas online that got very hot during shipping. They looked about as bad as yours and didnt open for about a month, but now a year later the colony is thriving and has grown quite well.
