Seem like it's getting worse. Alk and cal are up. Possibly I could cut the good parts off?
 
Get the Mag up and cut the tips sometimes it takes weeks for corals to react so you may be seeing a reaction I would keep the PO4 and No3 low just do water changes if they creep above acceptable levels. right now your PO4 is high it seems. And like mentioned above if your Alk was raised quick that could also be an issue

What kind of lights you running? Sorry if I missed if if you mentioned it.

Wouldn't hurt to dose your take with some interceptor spectrum honestly especially if you suspect bugs.

Did you take the BioPellets offline?

Update not looking good

Alk 8.4
Cal 400
Doing water changes
Turned down bio-pellet reactor
Moved it up and higher flow

Any thoughts?
