Stock for Nuvo 16 (not the usual question)

I've done enough reading to understand what stock limits I might hit with my Nuvo 16. That said, I have not yet come across an article that states whether or not shrimps count against the recommended ratio's for a healthy environment.

So, do shrimp count as fish when calculating stocking limits? I have read a couple places where they list the bio-load for shrimps almost so small we can ignore it which is why I'd like another opinion.

Generally shrimp dont count against bioload.
